Soropotel is a Goan delicacy. This masala has alcohol, chilli and vinegar. Normally Pork is used with this. But I used this masala and gave a bit of twist to the dish to make this dish suttle.
Chicken 1 kg (legs and breast) cut and skinned. Sorpotel masala 2 tabsp, 1 (100 ml) pack of tomato puree and 2 (200ml) packs of coconut milk. Sugar 2 tabsp and Salt to taste.
Mix all the above ingredients in a heavy bottom pan. And cook the chicken till tender. Garnish with some coriander and serve hot with Rice.
