Brownies what I call it ” Lil Bites of Heaven !” I make brownies almost every month for my kids. Here’s my recipe of Brownies you just cant resist. And the best part is, it remains soft for a week. 🙂
Self raising flour 200 grms, Butter 300 grms, Brown sugar 400 grms, 3 eggs, Cocoa powder 4 tabsp and vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Melt the butter in a bowl, add sugar and whisk it. Add the eggs, vanilla and cocoa powder. Mix it till it turns into a gooey mixture. Now fold in the self-raising flour. Transfer the mix into a tin, making a layer of 1 inch. Bake it for 25 – 30 mins on 180 degrees into a preheated oven.
My twist to this is….one can add chocolates of any kind, even some coffee. I add the liqueur chocolates ….it simply taste intoxicating.
