Vegetables like cabbage, French beans, capsicum, onions, baby corns and carrots.
Cut the vegetables in chunks and steam till it is cooked. Cabbage and capsicum may not be cooked.
Fried potato chips / French fries, boiled rice or boiled spaghetti.
Chicken boneless seasoned with salt, crushed pepper, crushed mustard and lemon juice 1 tabsp.Oil for shallow frying 3 to 4 tabsp.
Method: Season the boneless chicken with the above ingredients for a couple of hours and on a flat griddle heat oil and cook the chicken till tender.
4. Ingredients for Pepper sauce:
Oil 4 tabsp, crushed pepper 4 tsp, garlic chopped 1 tabsp, chopped parsley 1 cup, soy sauce 2 tabsp, Worcestershire sauce 1 tabsp, sugar 2 tabsp, chicken stock 4 cups, refines flour 3 to 4 tabsp to thicken the sauce. Salt to taste.
Method: Heat oil in a wok; add garlic, pepper and parsley. Stir fry for a few minutes, now add the sauces. Add the chicken stock and bring it to a boil, season it with salt. Now mix the flour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the boiling stock, to thicken it.
5. Ingredients for Mushroom sauce:
Mushroom chopped 15 to 20; onions chopped 1 medium, garlic 1 tabsp chopped, butter 2 tabsp, milk 1 to 1/2 cup, refined flour 2 tabsp. Salt to taste, pepper and sugar 1 tsp each.
Method: Sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms in a tabsp of butter till tender and translucent. Season it with salt and pepper. Now puree it. In a wok heat the remaining butter and flour, add the puree and milk. Let the whole mixture come to a boil.
6. Serving the Sizzler:
Heat the sizzler plates on a very high flame till it is smoky. Place the vegetables, rice/ spaghetti and chicken on the hot plate. Now pour the sauce of your choice all over the vegetables and chicken.
Now for the sizzling effect, drizzle some water mixed with butter on the wooden serving plate. And as soon as the hot plate is placed on the wooden plate drizzle some more butter and water mixture over the iron sizzler plate.
